1) 10+ Zoom coaching calls. You usually will need 10x coaching calls with us, but if you need special help with something specific, we are here for a few extra calls.
2) 6 months ad management. 2x retreats of targeting and creatives (3m management per campaign)
3) 1 Year WhatsApp group chat. This where all your work is reviewed. We are still in the chat after 1 year but usually, you don't need us as much support.
4) Lifetime access to the course: 77 lessons. New Lessons are Added Annually.
5) Together We Create:
- Emails: We help you complete some templates to pick up your voice, and then we send them to one of our copywriters.
- Ads Creative & Campaign Targeting: Together we capture your essence to craft powerful high-performing ads: Ad Manager Foti
- Itinerary: Work closely with Amelia to ensure perfect itinerary flow and content then send it off to the Graphic Designer.
- Emails: We help you complete some templates to pick up your voice, and then we send them to one of our copywriters.
- Ads Creative & Campaign Targeting: Together we capture your essence to craft powerful high-performing ads: Ad Manager Foti
- Itinerary: Work closely with Amelia to ensure perfect itinerary flow and content then send it off to the Graphic Designer.
- Post-Edited Retreat Video: We arrange and instruct cuts and edits and send them to the Video Editor, to be finalized and used in future ads.
- Automate ad campaign with CRM & site. There is a high number of software admin tasks to automate the business. We prepare and test it all ready for the launch of ads.
6) 1 on 1 Sales Training & review of all your lead communications.
7) Reviews of your website for optimizing performance, prepare to receive traffic.
Additionally, there are many other minor tasks that we perform during the process of creating your retreat business. The overall goal is to have ads on, leads coming in daily, engaging with your email automation, booking in calls, and then sales coaching calls with Amelia.
We are here throughout the entire process including the 2nd Retreat. This is important because the first retreat is often a bit of a whirlwind and you are learning a lot but often not enough that is why we stick with you until the 2nd retreat. Once complete then we begin:
7) Total Funnel Upgrade of itinerary, emails, ads & website with new content captured during the retreat. A lot of this content will be used in your online courses as well and will become the authentic punch you need to pack to make your course stand out. It will make you real.
At that point, we will then turn on your ad campaign ready for Round 2.
Once Your 2nd Retreat is complete our service ends. We are still here for any questions or a quick look-over.
Typically You are a pro by this stage and have learnt so much that we are able to have high-level conversations making it easy for us to support you for free.
Any further support that you might need which can typically be a new retreat location and audience ad campaign update and manage during that advertising period is a cost of €1,500 Inc VAT per new ad campaign/audience/retreat location.
